The Offer Letter section allows you to create offer letter templates. These can be sent to employees to fill in a E-sign. There is no limit to how many offer letter templates can be created.
When you select the edit button, It will bring you to all the different options in customizing your offer letter.
- Logo: Add company Logo
- Build offer letter: uses presets to the right to have information auto populate. Have an approver see the offer letter before it gets sent to the employee.
- Permissions: who can edit the offer letter.
- Signatures: who can sign the offer letters.
