How to Setup a Primary Care Physician for a Benefits Plan

To set up Primary Care Physician (PCP) information:

1. From Plans, click Click the plan name.
2. Select Additional Settings → Select Capture Primary Care Physician During Enrollment.
3. Selection options are:
   1. No: Employee will not be prompted.
   2. Optional: Employee will be prompted, but not mandatory to complete the task.
   3. Required: Employee must enter PCP information to complete their enrollments.
