The Resume Database link in the left navigation panel shows will allow the job poster to search for any qualified candidates using keywords, and or certain Location.
You can choose to use the Advanced Search Options and choose from their profile information, education, or military status.
Clicking on the Search button will then populate the eligible candidates from the search options you chose.
