How to Check the Status of E-Filed ACA Compliance

Your ACA Compliance documents are managed by Nelco,

To check on the status of submitted ACA Compliance documents (i.e.: 1095 documents):

1. From the ACA Dashboard menu, select E-File > Manage E-File Account.  This will open a link in a new tab or browser window.
2. From this page you can perform the following actions:
   1. To view the status of E-Filed forms, select Forms in Progress.
   2. To view previously submitted forms, select Form Filing History.
