Exclude old waive records from enrollment reports	We are now auto excluding prior waive records without effective dates from the Enrollments Report, and have added an option to include the records if needed.

New waive logic for plans	Fixed an issue where new waive logic was not being applied to waivers created by the system due to employees being ineligible.

No recalculation of Life/Disability Benefit amounts with Increment benefit types	Fixed an issue where employee benefit amounts were being recalculated after salary updates not based on salary.
Passive enrollment plan comparison tool not displaying all plans	Fixed an issue where not all plans were being included in the plan comparison tool.
Enrollment not navigating employees to first step	Fixed an issue where employees with passive enrollments were navigated to the first incomplete step rather than the actual first step of the open enrollment window.
