Note: access to reset employee passwords is only available for accounts with a Super Administrator role.
To reset an employee’s password, navigate to the Employees section of the site.
Choose the specific employee whose password you would like to reset. Click on Account Information from the menu on the left, and click on the edit icon next to Password Reset
You will be prompted to enter in a temporary password:
Click Save.
Upon login with this temporary password, the employee will be prompted to update the password to continue.
