Occasionally there may be a situation where a set of plans across multiple products have the same set of eligibility data. To copy the information from one plan within your company to another, you may use the following steps:
Copy Eligibility Rules
In Plan Setup, on the Eligibility tab, scroll down to the eligibility rules section. Select Copy Eligibility Rules from Another Plan on the right.
In the popup window that appears, select the Product Type and the Plan, and then select Copy.
The eligibility rules from the selected plan will then automatically populate across your eligibility screen. Click Save and Next to continue building your plan.
Copy Contribution Rules
To copy contribution rules from another plan, in Plan Setup, under Contributions, select Copy Contributions From Another Plan on the upper right.
In the popup that appears, select the Product Type and the Plan you wish to copy, and select Copy.
The contribution rules will automatically populate on the screen. When you are ready, click Save & Next.

- Dental
- Vision
- Accident
- Cancer
- Hospital Indemnity
